Delivery normally takes around 1 to 2 days after purchase. Delivery times may be extended during Christmas, Easter and other holidays.

We reserve the right to provide goods the appearance of which may differ from the photos on our website. The photos shown are for information purposes only.

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days.

The withdrawal period from the contract expires 14 days after you or another person of your choice (not the deliverer of the goods) is physically handed the goods.

If the deadline expires on a holiday, a Saturday, Christmas Eve or New Year’s eve, then this is extended to the next working day.
 
The right of withdrawal only applies to private customers shopping with CoffeeKings.

The right of contract withdrawal does not apply to food, including products containing coffee or tea, the shelf life of which is less than 90 days at the time of the return of the goods.

You lose the right to withdraw from the contract if the product packaging is damaged.

If special circumstances arise preventing us from meeting the delivery deadline, we may invoke force majeure. Examples of this are strikes, fire, a general shortage of goods, confiscation, restrictions on transport due to illness, emergency intervention by the authorities, cyber attack or network outages in our country or those of our business partners, a lack of transport options.

In such situations there is no right to compensation or cancellation of the purchase contract.

If you wish to exercise your right to withdraw from the contract, send us an email and wait for approval of your right to do so. Permission to withdraw from the contract cannot be given by telephone, chat or similar method.
 
You cannot withdraw from the contract by refusing to accept the goods or not picking up the goods without first notifying us that you are withdrawing from the contract.
 
Notice of withdrawal must be sent before the expiry of the contract.
If you change your mind about purchasing the goods, you must return them to us without undue delay, no later than 14 days after informing us of your wish to cancel the purchase. This deadline is met if you return the goods within 14 days.
 
You must meet the costs of returning the goods yourself.
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you.
 
We will refund the amount to you without undue delay and always within 3 days of receiving the returned goods.
 
We will return your payment using the same method as for the original transaction unless a different method is explicitly agreed.

 

The right to withdraw from the agreement does not mean that you have an unconditional right to a refund for the full amount of the goods. If the goods have been treated in such a way that they no longer have any value, you are not entitled to a refund. In order to be refunded in full, the goods cannot be handled any more than if they had been bought from a physical store. Before returning the goods, please ensure that a physical store would accept the level of handling to which the goods have been subjected. You have the right to inspect and test the goods as long as this does not affect their value.
 
You must return the goods in their original packaging.
 
You must also ensure that the returned goods are correctly packaged. Until we receive the goods, you bear the risk for any damage incurred in their shipment. Please therefore retain proof of the shipment and possibly also any associated tracking number.
If you purchase a defective product – e.g. with a material or manufacturing defect – general rules apply. If for example products are missing from the delivery, it is necessary to file a complaint within 7 days of receiving the package.
 
All complaints must be submitted in writing by email.
 
The goods must be sent in correct packaging. Do not forget to retain proof of shipment including information concerning shipping costs and, if applicable, any relevant tracking number.
We ship all orders every working day. The majority of our customers will receive their goods within 1 to 2 days of the original order.
